Term and Condition

At Sonaray, we take pride of our product quality and service. Sonaray warrants that the product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of FIVE  YEARS from the date of original purchase, depending on the product (please see list below).

Sonaray will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any products deemed to be defective in material and workmanship within 5 Years.

This warranty is void and inapplicable if:

i. The product has been used or handled other than in accordance with the instructions in the owner’s manual and any other

information or instructions provided to the customer by Sonaray or it’s registered agents.

ii. The product has been deliberately abused, or misused, damaged by accident or negligence or in being transported.

iii. The defect is due to the product being repaired or tampered with by anyone other than Sonaray or authorized Sonaray agent. .

1. i Any modification or subsequent manufacturing or integration processes are not approved by Sonaray.
2. Loss or damage to the product is caused by third party; fire; lightening; water or other acts of nature; vandalism; civil disturbance; power surges; improper power supply; electrical current fluctuations; corrosive environment installations ; induced vibration; harmonic oscillation or resonance associated with movement of air currents around product.

If the product has been reported failed WITHIN the warranty period, proof of purchase such as the invoice photos of the product and a written description of the defect must be emailed to Sonaray. Sonaray will examine and advise the customer as to whether the claimed defect is covered by this warranty. If eligible, the product must be promptly packed and returned to Sonaray by the customer at his/her own expense. Sonaray will pay the return freight of its choice. A returned product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the original purchase receipt.

If the product has been reported failed AFTER the warranty period, customer can deliver the product to Sonaray to do an assessment. Assessments will be at NO COST to customers, furthermore, Sonaray will provide 10% discount* to the new replacement fittings. (Old fittings must be returned to Sonaray in order to claim the 10% discount)

If the product has been reported failed and is a discontinued item, Sonaray will recommend suitable replacement fittings at no cost.

Sonaray will only be liable for its Sonaray products. Field labor and service charges related to the repair or replacement of the product are excluded.

Limitation of Liability:

The liability of Sonaray under this Warranty will be, at the option of Sonaray, limited to either the repair or replacement of any defective product covered by this Warranty. Sonaray will not be liable to Buyer for consequential damages resulting from any defect or deficiencies. All terms and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice. Sonaray reserves all the rights to make final decision on all matter of dispute.

Miscellaneous:

Apart from the specific warranties provided under this warranty, all other expenses or implied warranties relating to the product is hereby excluded to the fullest extent allowable under law. The warranty does not extend to any lost profits, goodwill or any indirect, incidental or consequential costs or damages or losses incurred by the purchaser as a result of any defect with the covered product.

Warrantor:

Sonaray has authorized distribution in many countries of the world. In each country, the authorised importing distributor has accepted the responsibility for warranty of products sold by distributor. Warranty service should normally be obtained from the importing distributor

from whom you purchased your product.
